or superiority.
The four cardinal (hinge) virtues are Justice, Courage, Wisdom, and
Moderation.
I sense none of these in Bo's assertions of SOM superiority. He is not
Just in his assertion
of western dominance, neither courageous nor wise and it certainly isn't
a moderate viewpoint.
superiority is the act of virtuous behavior, since he exhibits none of
these characteristics
it is doubtful that Bo is superior regularly enough to be called a
superior intellect.
Superiority is an action not a possession. People are not superior,
their actions are.
The East has not forgotten this, the West attributes superiority as a
possession as an
attribute of a kind of person or of the way one thinks. It objectifies
the concept
it makes the action an entity possessed. Doing this destroys the notion
of Greek excellence
of the golden mean. Which are of the actions of superiority. Moderation,
fairness and
balance in all one does.
