SA: To further this meditation.
Right about here is where quiet and all else are noticed, for me, to be immersed together. In this quiet is awareness. In this quiet is woods. In this quiet is all. All is quiet. The woods are quiet. Awareness is quiet. This is the same as the quote of Bodhidharma and the Confucian that I gave recently in the "some more Campbell" thread. Fire burns woods into smoke. Wind blows rock into sand grains. Quiet blows all into oblivion and yet, quiet is the freedom the tiniest cricket can play music in. Quiet is lived and can't be thought of, but we can have numerous thoughts in this quiet. Quiet is the impenetrable diamond (as in diamond sutra). Quiet is experienced, and thus, is so ordinary. It is not spoiled. No dust grain makes it disappear. It is clear. It is clarity. Quiet is mysterious, but realized and lived. Quiet is the morning with a bright white moon in the western sky.
