A fascinating read.  What level was this written for?  It says
"Easter 2008" on the title page.  (My favorite is "Michaelmas term".
As if anyone knows when that is.  Have you ever heard some kid
say, "I got a bike for Michaelmas!")
Look forward to seeing Tom on the MD in the future.

P. S. typo on p.40:
