DM: I agree that we should get whatever insights we can from science. But it
Adds to the enquiry it should not be seen as the only form of enquiry.

As you well know science is much better at telling us what is not rather
than what is. We now know, to give a classic example, that all swans are not
white. I think the most rabid critics of science on this forum fear science
because it has in many cases it has already written off as false many of
their cherished assumptions.
