Pardon my jumping in, but the last two sentences are not
meant to be obscure, they're experiental.  By analogy, a
similar thing you have already likely experienced.

Have you ever run down stairs and tripped?

1) When you try to FORCE control onto the body and
make the feet go here to catch yourself, you end up in
a sprawl, a heap, or dangling inelegantly from the banister.

When you see it, you don't see it.""  (It's similar to this.)

2) When you sort of let the feet and legs find their rhythm,
a step or two may skip or double tap, but  you mostly
come through fine--heart beating a little faster, but the
body found the way without interference.

When you don't see it, you see it.  (It would be like this.)
