I think that the problem is that advocates of capitalism and so-called socialism that collapsed but is still existing in China ("socialism" that is socialist in form but capitalist in essence, really) fail to realize that it is the people that are the principal bearers, the channels, of Dynamic Quality. (Defintely not any political party.)
