Haven't you heard this before? "They" are the same people who say things 
like, "A rolling stone gathers no moss" and "A bird in the hand is worth 
two in the bush."

As regards "import" I say: "From what you see, hear and read, take what you 
like and leave the rest. Then DQ will be served."
