The wordmasters who compiled my dictionary define Intellect as "a. the power
of knowing as distinguished from the power to feel and to will; the capacity
for knowledge. b. the capacity for rational or intelligent thought, esp.
when highly developed." (I must admit to having "intelligence" in mind when
I defined intellect. Chalk it up as too much exposure to the MoQ level ;-)

Why not simply call it "the contents of thought"?

Thanks for all your definitive efforts.
