Bo,
I do not know of a SOL within the MOQ. Your argument has not
convinced me otherwise. RMP is alive, hopefully well, and living in
New England. If he would choose to present a convincing argument
that the levels should be re-configured and there should be such a
SOL within the MOQ, then he is free to do that.
