Wouldn't you rather say that we do experience Dynamic Quality, but that

soon as this is perceived we put it into a frame of static patterns?

Correct you are, I thought starting with the statement that everything
Is dynamic covered this point. But to be exact, yes you are quite right
As I understand it. So I guess we can answer the thread title by saying
Theoretically a pattern is never static.
