[MD] When is a pattern not static?

Hi Steve,

While RMP does may not use the phrase 'patterns of experience', he 
clearly states that value IS experience.  They are 
interchangeable.  So to think about 'patterns of experience' is just 
another way to consider patterns.  At least, that was my thought.
