You bet it is!!!  And you don't totally need to flip out.  You can 
move between the worlds with even a little bit of trust.  Maybe like 
the kind required to make the vision quest.  You can do this!!!

I gave up alcohol many decades ago.  (Fire and fire doesn't 
mix.)  Only drugs I've ever done were Marijuana and mushrooms.  This 
was an entry, but I quickly realized that they had to go.  To be of 
high value, I had to go naked (sans drugs).  You can do this.  You 
can reclaim time and place.  Even if it's just for short periods it 
has much value.  Bring it back and share it.
