In the view of the MOQ, yes. Don't you think that something of more 
value is better than something of lesser value? (values=morals)

Its just odd terminology to me. For example, if we say that 
morals=values, and then refer to a berry as a "biological pattern of 
morals", then we are left saying this... "a berry is a less moral 
patterns of morals than a bear, which is a more moral pattern of 
morals". This is why I don't think "better" is best seen as "more 
moral" (within levels). "Betterness" is the movement of "patterns of 
morals" towards Dynamic Quality.

Rather than the confusing statement above, I'd say "a bear is a 
biological pattern of morals that is better able to respond to 
Dynamic Quality than a berry, which is also a biological pattern of morals".

So, for me, its a matter of precision and clarity that's all.
