Much quiet.  Much peace.  Much contentment.  Many
moments.
In spite of my chattering, I don't pay much attention
to noise in my 
head.  I may, at times, pick something up, look at it
and analyze it, 
but always I let it go.   Of course there is probably
still much I 
can't see to let go.


SA:  That's good.  I was trying to point out quietness
specifically, not what you may describe quietness as,
such as peace, contentment, lack of noise in ones
head, and/or the letting go process.  I was talking
about ordinary quiet.  Yet, all these descriptions do
seem to be symptoms of quiet.
