I advocate giving you a million dollars, if you give me a million dollars.
And to make it the same as Lennon, I would have a billion dollar fortune and
you have a job.
I was just pointing out the irony of a billionaire, stating - "imagine no
possessions".
What courage! What genius! "Love me do" - what crap! What a hypocrite!
As far as '60s idolatry goes, I prefer Muhammad Ali - that is a man of moral
quality and courage, not mere pop-culture fame like Lennon.

Hypocrisy is advocating that others follow a course of action that you're
not willing to in the same circumstances. Lennon didn't advocate just
giving away one's possessions, so he was no hypocrite. At most he advocated
giving away one's possessions if others do also.
