1) the intellect *represents* [then, relates] static patterns symbolically.
2) if a static pattern is represented/related by the intellect, then it is intellectual.
3) all levels of the MOQ are static patterns
4)  :.  the levels of the MOQ are all actually intellectual 

2) confuses the symbol with what's symbolized (the menu with the food).  When 2) is rejected, 4) does not follow.
