SA:  Steve, this has been a very interesting.  Your
distinctions on these issues are very good.  The
clarity and presentation has been outstanding!  I'd
have to agree with you on this.  Faith is a rejection
of evidence and logical cohesion.  I've been learning
quite a bit by what you've been saying.  Bravo!
