SA:  The instant-gratification syndrome.  Live large
now, for the future is dim and bleak anyways.  A sense
of no-control comes from these kinds of beliefs.  Such
as G-d is really controlling everything anyways, and
destiny is already set in motion, thus, the mentality
that we can't stop the inevitable, etc...
