[MD] Regarding The Fundamental Nature of The Intellectual Level

Chris,

The Genome Project would be active at the Intellectual Level.  It also has 
patterns in the Social Level.  From what I understand the culture is behind 
on the cutting edge understanding of DNA.  Actually, it sounds like it has 
been purposely misinformed for $$.
