Hi David M,
Birds do all sorts of human-like things. So do many other animals. But IMO
whatever they do is attributable to static biological patterns. I look for
DQ responses strictly from humans probing the aesthetic unknown such as Pirsig
describes in his SODV paper. That's where the evolutionary action is. IMO
