You've mentioned this tree/root structure before.  It makes some sense, but 
I still don't like it.  It seems to be ignoring too much of the process. It 
doesn't begin with roots and end with leaves.

What I am talking about is a universal structure for the distribution of DQ;
from raindrops to automobiles to concepts. But even with the tree/root
example that troubles you, a tree does not begin at the roots and work up to
leaves. It begins with a seed and grows roots into the soil and leaves into
the sky. Both structures promote the efficient collection, redistribution
and flow of energy (DQ).
