[MD] real time participance

Ron and Marsha,


     Maybe it's best to understand "real time participance", for the moment, I'm enjoying real time participance.  "Real time" and "participant" subtract "-ant" and add "-ance".  These are meaningful.
     Yes, Marsha, sippin' tea is serious business.  And Ron, "cougar", you remembered!
