Regarding parliamentarianism.

What we have here. It's not all the complicated. The people vote for
whatever party with which they agree (and there should be more than two.)
and according to how many votes the different parties get, they get an
proportional amount of seats in the parliament - and the party that gets
the majority of the seats (I.e the majority of the votes) then appoint the
government (made up of their own party members of course) - and is a party
don't get lone majority they have to make alliances with other parties, and
perhaps the government will be a coalition of members of many parties - we
have one such government now, consisting of members of four right wing and
liberal parties.
The government may then act on a four year mandate, but the budget must be
approved by the parliament, and anything regarding changing laws and the
like must be voted by in the parliament.
Simple and clear - a representative democracy on the principle of one man
one vote - and voting on party programs and ideas - not persons.
