Perhaps those in this study who flit between beliefs are behaving as if religion is another aspect of a consumerist life-style choice?

'Oh God! I had to change from being a Catholic to a Jew cos the uniform didn't match me curtains.'

That was a joke in case you thought i was being personal or nasty by the way.

I recently participated in a telephone political poll.  The last question was
