I have sung some of the Eastern Chants, and I agree with you they rock.? My
experience with music is that it can put me in a place for communication.
The other day I was practicing a song to be sung at Mass for the Response. I
let it all hang out, and after I finished someone started clapping.? I
communicated!
 
s: I love music myself. Medieval forms such as those used in church are very
beautiful. Perotin is sublime.
 
Keep the form pure and somehow the emptiness I feel inside which allows me
to have visions of rhapsody is communicated to a listening other.? DQ!? My
indefinable awareness has legs and it walks away from me.? I am willing to
let it go, if another can enjoy it.? As a performer I am sure you have had
similar experiences.
 
s: Ah! Music is?felt at a level deeper and of more significance than
symbolic language. Need we say much more? ;-)
 
I do not expect the octave to be an absolute, but as an analogy for
evolution!? Wow!

As you can see from the reprint there are lot of ?¹s after individual
statements.  Did you put them there?  ³Evolution.?²

Is evolution a word to question?  No doubt!  IMO a ³structure² for evolution
is only known consciously.  ³formulation!?² If I describe an individual
structure I call it a manifestation. ³gesture.?² ³Structure², ³order², is
dynamic and only experienced consciously. ³Manifestation² is known
mechanically.  What a manifestation is, what it is not, what supports it are
all answered in the ³word² for the ³manifestation².

Conscious/mechanical‹dq/sq.?  ³Rock.?² Well I think it kinda works.
³clapping.?² I am not alone in a social setting. Singing only for myself can
be annoying or acceptable.

³listening other.?² The undefined in ³conscious² is a feeling of emptiness.
As DQ though, it can be exciting, accompanied by all sorts of visions.
³walks away from me.?² A metaphor for reaching another person.  ³enjoy it² I
am willing that the other be happy.

³listening other.?² I do not know what meaning a listener will give to my
words.  I speak mechanically, ³Culture hands me a set of glassesŠ²  I hope I
am aspiring to happiness. Approval is welcome!.
