My initial take based on a cursory peek is that while I am less
anti-Freudian than I once was, I tend to regard Freud and Freudians as
historical curiosities. Their attempts to abstract psychology symbolically
have not proven nearly as productive as more concrete advances in cognitive
psychology, neuropsych or even old fashioned behaviorism.
