Hi Ham,
I didn't want my comments about your book to be criticism. I very
much admire you for writing it. It is a difficult book for me to
read. Yet it is beautifully written. I am not the proper person to
be considered 'peer review'. There were those in this forum who
called for you to submit to such a review. I wonder where they
are? Reading it is slow going, but I am learning new things from reading it.
