Interesting, I must take a look.
I didn't realise until I followed the link
(a) that this was connected with Capra's Turning Point
(b) that Turning point was published back in the 80's not so long
after his Tao of Physics - I didn't read Turning point until a couple
of years ago.
I think the relevance of the subject matter was always clear, I've
certainly referred to Capra's books before, but after reading Michael
Talbot's "Mysticism and the New Physics" before the "Tao of Physics",
I also found Capra's thinking and writing not all that original - but
since there is nothing new under the sun anyway, that doesn't make it
wrong or bad. Talbot on the other hand seems to have gone in whackier
holographic universe directions since (though there are some quite
down to earth holographic universe directions we could go in.)
Will be interesting to see in film form.
