Hi SA,

As I say, I'm no Mac expert, but if you can see YouTube videos, but
not the BBC or Google ones, then I think it is maybe just a problem
with how your machine accepts automatically downloaded plug-ins from
these sites. Some privacy / security blocking setting ?

Mac expert needed.
