Suppose the choice was between preserving the 3rd level Myanmar
dictatorship or the 2nd level Myanmar rain forest.  The MoQ does not
hold that it is more moral to preserve the higher level.  The rain forest
is more valuable to humans than the dictatorship is.  That the dictatorship
is better for vultures (because it provides them more carcases) is less
important.
