     Here's more in the field, direct experience, of
what's happening with ROL and the Navajo.  This is the
underground of the U.S. culture itself.  These same
issues are enhanced on the reservations, but these
same issues are at the heart of the problems of the
U.S. culture from main street to rural areas all
across the country:

Some issues in question:  
         voting?
         casino's and power plants: jobs?
         environmentalism?
         depression, alchoholism, and other social  
            impacts
         lobbiest?
         international affairs?
         dipolmacy?
         political offices?
         etc...

         ...quality of life?
