Okay, I have an irrational need to know.  But it is being rewarded as 
I am beginning to understand this second reading.  Yet as I 
understand it, this is just a preliminary step to something else so 
some of what I am beginning to understand may need to be erased at a 
later date.  I wonder if this too will lead to compassion.
