Don't you wish. You can run but you can't hide from Pirsig's words: "Neither is
there a quarrel between the Metaphysics of Quality and the "teleological" theories
which insist that life has some purpose."  You may quarrel until the cows come
home, but it won't change one wit what Pirsig said.
