Dan,

Your questions seems more appropriate for RMP, Tolle and Bolte-Taylor.  I 
don't know.  I'm here for Lila, who seemed to say that it is whatever you 
say it is, and in saying so, you kill it.  I'm in total agreement with that 
point-of-view.
