IMHO the menu is the MoQ, the list of what is real & their relationships.  (Just as a menu
is the list of food.)
Reality is Quality (ZMM) or Dynamic Quality + Static Quality (Lila).
DQ is more fundamental than SQ, but they are both real.  (You can go out in public without your [imaginary] friend, but not without your [real] clothes.)
Another analogy:  The Constitution is the fundamental law of the land.  But that doesn't mean that
less fundamental laws are not law.  It will do you no good to fight a ticket for failing to obey
a traffic light, by saying there is nothing in the Constitution about traffic lights.
