Steve is talking about "an intellectual description of Quality".
Ian is talking about an "intellectual description of the MoQ".
So the two are talking about different things.
If one adheres to the MoQ, there is nothing that has an SOMist
intellectual description that does not also have an MoQist
intellectual description.  Otherwise, SOM would be more
encompassing than the MoQ.
