Ian / Sam,

Sorry to hear of the passing of MSH.  We had some rather
spirited exchanges in '04 on economics that forced various
parties to carefully hone their rhetorical skills.  His Quality
will be missed as will his direct and authentic view, despite
my frequent disagreements with those views.
