woods:
A NAFTA military is occuring. President Bush, Prime Minister of Canada, and
Mexican leaders have already met and have made agreements. This centers around
NorthCom (remember, as Marsha posted, the U.S. military has an active force in
Georgia as of October 1, 2008 training for civil unrest, can anybody say anticipation).
Here's a quote from this article linked below:

"The April summit reaffirmed SPP’s intentions—to create a borderless North America, dissolve
national sovereignty, put corporate giants in control, and assure big US companies most of it.
It’s also to create fortress-North America by militarizing the continent under US command."

woods continues:
The program is called SPP. Here is SPP's own website, which discusses new organizations
that have been developed that are joint organizations, thus, both U.S., Canada, and Mexican (in
any combination). Here's one statement from this U.S. government website called SPP:

"Mexico and the United States concluded negotiations for a new, more comprehensive
bilateral agreement on federal emergency management cooperation to update and
replace an outdated 25 year agreement. The agreement reconstitutes a joint Working Group
to exchange information and facilitate cooperation in addressing emergencies and disasters."

woods continues:
Notice the joint working group here is called "Working Group". As far as I can
tell NAFTA is no longer about trade, but it is about
energy programs (U.S. oil companies are now allowed to own some
oil drilling sites in Mexico and these Mexican sites were once nationally owned),
and NAFTA also means these countries can work together building
international roadways and have international NAFTA military, police,
and emergency organizations. That's what this U.S. government website points
out. I've only pointed out some of what this SPP website covers and the article above covers.

hmmmm... the thoughts that are lurking across this social sea....
