P.S.  So I guess foreign European owners thereby were apart of the policy development of 
the "bailout" as we all may have saw occurred in hearings in the House and Senate the last two 
weeks.  Remember the Fed. Chairman sat with the U.S. Treasury Secretary in these hearings and 
the gov't meetings that happened and still continue.  hmmm... deeper yet...
