[MD] Re differences between MoQ and SOM

It appeared on MOQ discuss years ago -- don't know exactly when. Totally my 
personal opinion.

     For only being your personal opinion, I'd have to say it was pretty good Platt.  
Of course somebody might knit-pick with it, but it does offer a concise and 
straight to the point answering of questions.  What I mean is, some of it might 
be debatable, but it offers a good foundation that makes the moq easy to 
understand.
