Yeah, right. Russia went belly up trying to compete with the U.S. arms 
build up, especially Star Wars -- a Reagan initiative. When will they ever 
stop learning history from folk singers and rock bands?

What you expect from people whose fearless leader develops defense
initiatives from old B-movies scripts. Initiatives that had little impact on
our foreign relations and basically just wasted US research dollars.
