    A lot of talk has been around the failure of the U.S. gov't to 
follow the U.S. Constitution and here is a source in which 
gives specifics that Ron Paul states the U.S. gov't has been 
violating the U.S. Constitution.  I'm not particularly versed 
in the U.S. Constitution and its' workings so here's one source of 
somebody that's talking about the U.S. Constitution:
