If no one has gotten to SOL yet.
it represents  out-of-luck.  The 'S' is
of course the most wonderfully versatile
word in the English Language--sh*t.
(Just as there is no self in Buddhism,
 there is no 'i' in sh*t to trip the exclusion
 filters for some ISP's)

...not so much a part of MOQ as general
North American slang.
