What do you mean by "source"? Do you mean attributes of the body?
Does it include these at all? Do you mean attributes of a "real
self"? Who determines this? How do you determine these?
Take some examples, start with Mark/Julia. What is the "source" you
refer to in Julia's identity? Is it her male body? What if this body
underwent surgery? Would Julia's "source" change?
Its clear to me, Ron, that you adhere very aggressively to the "one
body, one mind, one soul" illusion, going so far now as to advance a
singular, real "source" from which all identities derive, indeed a
"source" that allows us to determine whether any given identity is
"real" or "pretend". So spell out for me what you think this "source"
is. Are we born with it? Can it change? How do we change it? Can we
change it by whim? Can we change it by surgery?
