I'm not here to recite a Holy Book. This is my take on the MOQ, and this is a far better way to view the relationship between DQ and SQ in my book.
It always bothered me when it was implied thet DQ swoops in and "hits" the static patterns, because then DQ becomes God, more or less, and we are back in the 1600ds dooing philosophy.
