Sorry, that's dancing, not running.  Your questions are to big for my 
tiny skull.  I don't know, I'm trying to do my 
best.  Trying.  Intuiting.  There's much in Buddhism that makes my 
mind and bones hum.  Trying to figure it out is a little more difficult.

You're not going to like this, but I think the worst in both would be 
the strictly "cultural bound".  I enjoy many aspects of my culture, 
but I'm in search of something else.  What, you might ask?   And I 
have no way to answer.
