 thru p.275, paragraph 2, ends with "She braced herself and went over and
told him,"

That's what I found, who knows what I didn't find.

I like reading the book better.  I underline, make notes in the margins and
make my own index of important keyword entries, etc.

You had mentioned the missing part on the audio book in which Lila meets
her friends from new york. Where in the book is that, chronologically
speaking.

I have to admit, i never read the book but listened to it 5 or  6 times.
And about once a year, I relisten to ZMM too.

I do spend some time in the car, and it makes for more interesting travel
as opposed to listening to the talking heads on the radio. Some books
would I could never force myself to read, are easier to listen to, such
as atlas shrugged.

of course there is Harry potter too
