Asking Ron anything about the MOQ is asking for confusion. SOM 
emerged as Pirsig tells in ZAMM and one may say that its first stage: 
Socrates' "Truth vs Appearance" were "objectivity over subjectivity" so 
you see subjectivity is a much SOM as objectivity. It is the S/O 
distinction!!!!

At the time Pirsig wrote ZAMM the objective (substance) part may 
have been SOM's "mean horn" (as he says) but to-day its is 
subjectivity, for instance that the performer of a scientific experiment 
determines the outcome  Both are MOQ's opponents.
