Right. Half the puzzle. You could say "Quality" is the spirit of the MOQ, but
that would be obvious. I think "harmony" captures it best (especially where
DQ/SQ are concerned). 

Still have not ruled out "care", though, the "flip-side" to Quality.

(Saying "Dynamic Quality" is the spirit of the MOQ would be like saying "Static
Quality" is the spirit of the MOQ. Both captures half, both miss the necessary
harmony).

IMHO, though, its not worth arguing about.
