Quality in itself can't be used for much, what I know is that MOQ's 
DQ/SQ arrangement has  shiftet our ground.

Because the social level is based on the human biology organism the 
rest of the static range necessarily is "tied" to humankind, but the 
MOQ as such is neither human nor inhuman. It may well be that on a 
planet unknown to us some totally alien organism is the carrier of the 
social and intellectual levels ... and perhaps the MOQ is realized. On 
this planet its impossible it looks.

"Based on betterness"? The levels are quality increments and 
because "quality" means "good" the higher level is better, but 
remember that the lower levels aren't bad, even biology's "live and let 
die" is good because of being the fundament for the social ... etc 

"...have it's use in the political arena", No, politics becomes a subset 
under the MOQ's as does everything else   Even if the intellect-
steeped culture is better than the social-ditto, "Quality-steepedness" is 
the ultimate goal  but THAT seems farter and farter away with you  
folks hell-bent on NOT understanding the MOQ.

War in the traditional sense is an intra-social phenomenon. There is 
the struggle between the levels and as we humans ARE of all levels 
we know by a little introspection. Our body fight against illness, our 
social self tries to control the body and intellect tries to control our 
social bigotry. On the social level - between social groups - armed 
conflict is the way to settle things, but as intellect takes control such 
things fade away. Look to Europe where wars raged once, after social 
value last vestige (Nazism) was erased, peace descended.

The human mind - my foot! The MOQ rose from the intellectual level 
and Q-intellect has nothing to do with mind (in a metaphysics that 
rejects the mind/matter distinction there is no separate "mind". GET 
IT???????????????

No, once intellect is established the intra (social) national conflicts will 
fade away and once the MOQ is established the social insecurity that 
intellect's over-control of social control of biology creates will be 
limited.
